Desktop Support Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

From 180 offices worldwide, our more than 8,000 employees work with clients to manage their environmental and engineering activities in a technically sound, economically viable, and socially responsible manner.
  • [Company] is currently seeking a Desktop Support Analyst for the Denver office. This individual will be working in a team environment providing computer provisioning and deployment services with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Installation, configuration and deployment of Windows 7.
  • Basic desktop/laptop hardware installation and troubleshooting
  • User state migrations
  • Application installation and support
  • Printer and plotter maintenance and support
  • This position will be supporting local and remote users and may require occasional travel.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS or equivalent education/certification
  • 3 years recent experience providing user –facing systems support
  • Experience with MS Office, Windows XP and Windows 7
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs.

Desirable Skills:

  • Incident Management using ticketing system such as BMC Remedy
  • Experience troubleshooting virus/malware issues
  • Experience supporting users in remote offices via phone, email and IM
  • Installation and support of engineering applications such as AutoCAD and ArcGIS
  • Familiarity with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager for OS Deployment
  • Relevant certifications
