Reporting to the Manager - Sustainable Development, your requirements for the role:

• Practical experience in mining/processing in Sustainable/HSEC capacity
• Sustainable systems development experience and exposure
• Ability to lead a dynamic, performance based team to enhance and develop a robust and flexible Sustainable Development Management System
• Ensure that all Sustainable Development internal and external related requirements are met by the sites
• Facilitate and lead all Sustainable Development related initiatives, planning and reporting for the business and create efficient processes around these functions and ensure that required information is captured and displayed appropriately for the Division

Essentially for this role is a Degree or higher in Health and Safety, Environmental Science/Engineering, minimum 5 years industry experience in relevant field and with previous experience in a senior based similar role. Ideally you will have high level of problem solving, analytical and systems development ability and you are a dynamic, driven and goal focused orientated person.
