RecruitR, on behalf of an international consultancy are looking for a Senior Mining Engineer with a strong background in Metals to become part of their Brisbane operation. With a workforce in the hundreds, and offices scattering the globe the breadth of opportunity with this firm is limitless.


In your position as Senior Mining Engineer you would be reporting directly to the Operations Manager of the specialized team and working alongside a team of experienced and talented consultants whose expertise are recurrently held in the highest demand. This role would see you delivering successful results to a multitude of clients, your knowledge, passion and drive to achieve only the best outcomes would make you an invaluable member of this team.


Key criteria you will need to meet:

- Tertiary qualified in Mining Engineering or similar

- Ideally 5+ years mining experience in a metalliferous environment

- Extensive skills in using a range of mine software

- Proven experience across mine design, scheduling and planning

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
