Senior Expeditor

Responsibilities:

• Expediting electrical, mechanical and instrumentation procurement packages
• Understanding the importance of Vendor Drawings and Supplier Document Requirements List (SDRL)
• Understanding how a production schedule relates to the required on site date
• Understanding the procedures and processes
• Monitoring and expediting suppliers schedules to meet ROS and completion dates
• Updating the movement of equipment and materials within in-house Project Management System

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• 2+ years experience in the EPC Management environment
• Strong organizational and planning skills, detail oriented
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and the entire suite of Microsoft Office products
