Identity and Access Administrator

Scope:

• The Victaulic IT Department is seeking a technical professional to join their IT Information Security and Identity Management team at the Corporate Headquarters in Easton, PA. The Identity and User Access Administrator is involved in the validation and administration of system access, primarily through Active Directory. This new position will define standards, policies and procedures necessary to ensure the viability and integrity of the Active Directory Infrastructure; be recognized as the subject matter expert in this technology; and retain responsibility for the configuration and support of all IT identity related systems.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with internal and external customers in order to manage and support access requests for multiple identity management products.
• Work with developers, administrators, and software vendors to enable single sign-on experience and leveraging  of all groups and policies set up through Active Directory.
• Maintain organization and health of Active Directory.
• Set up new and manage existing share permissions. Ensure shares are managed according to least access  rights principles.
• Develop, test, and implement GPOs.
• Audit identity information to ensure system integrity is maintained.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Computer Systems or System Security or at least 2 years IT/Security experience. Security +certification or CISSP coursework a plus.
• Extensive experience Active Directory, including Domains and Trusts, Schema Management, User and Computer Management, and Group Policy implementation.
• Extensive experience with Share and NTFS permissions on both Windows 2003 and Windows 2008 R2 Servers.
• Experience with LDAP, identity management products, role based security, and security policies and procedures.
• Sound knowledge of Information Security controls, concepts, and best practices is required along with a solid understanding of technology and associated security risks.
