THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Administrative Analyst is responsible for handling paperwork and correspondence relating to Operational issues for the St. Albert Operations team.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE YOUR MARK?
• Provide administrative support to the Field Administrative Supervisor
• Run queries using Essbase, Accumap and EnterpriseOne (formerly JDEdwards) ADP, Mawl, QBLM Clair and AFE Navigator
• Maintain Project Code lists, U-codes, Cost Centre Requests
• Analyze data from generated reports, third party inquiries, and prepare journal entries
• Assist Foremen, Assistant Foremen or Technical staff with any projects or reporting queries they might have
• Providing Account Payable assistance and other administrative duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Typically 5+ years of related industry experience with accounting or business post-secondary training and a diploma or degree a benefit
• Familiarity with and understanding of:
o Canadian Natural’s accounting operating systems or similar an asset
o Word processing and spreadsheet applications
