Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a Manager of a team of 8 technical staff within the Land Development group.
In addition to leading this team, the role requires you to assist with feasibility studies, co-ordinate and sign off on town planning applications, liaise with internal and external stakeholders and organise the team of eight staff.
You have an associate diploma in civil engineering or equivalent and understand both the design and project management and associated processes required to deliver land development projects. You can work independently to set deliverables and take enjoyment in achieving as part of a team. Leadership skills are essential as is previous experience managing a team. You are a confident communicator and are able to liaise and negotiate with external stakeholders with ease.
This role is best suited to someone looking to work closer to home, away from the city, or perhaps someone taking a side step into a more managerial, hands-off or less technical role. The successful candidate will be offered a salary between $85k and $95k package.
