They have an outstanding reputation in relation to their safety, performance and culture and are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in the Mobile Plant.
Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager the role of the Maintenance Supervisor is to ensure works conducted within the Maintenance Department are supervised appropriately and completed in a safe and efficient manner, taking into account the mines Safety & Health Management System, legislative requirements, internal policies and procedures and industry best practice guidelines.
Responsibilities;
Mechanical trade certificate
Good knowledge of heavy earthmoving machinery, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Cummins or Hitachi.
Oversee the planning, organising and supervision of all maintenance activities to ensure departmental objectives are met.
Implement the maintenance plan and drive employees to comply with expectations.
A high level of written and verbal communication skills
Computer skills, MS word, MS Excel, CMMS, Pronto
Good problem solving techniques
Full commitment to safety
In return for your input and energy you will be rewarded with a package of circa of $145,000 - $150,000 salary plus superannuation.
