The Opportunity:
Working with a multi national Client utilising your Master Black Belt in Six Sigma developing yourself and others. You will be given a chance to lead a team of professionals and utilise your training and skills in a hands on and classroom environment. You will be groomed in to a management position with a defined career progression in Business Improvement
The Role:
Utilise your Six Sigma knowledge to implement change and improve the strategies within the technical and cultural side of the business.
You be responsible for the training and performance of the people within the company on all levels of authority. You will implement the mechanics needed for teams to work in line with the process improvement and keep abreast of all new Methodology and practices based along these lines.
The Requirements:
To be successful in positions, you will ideally have:
Master Black Belt
5 years Experience in Business Improvement
Industry experience in Mining
Blue Collar Exposure - Production - Manufacturing
Have a great understanding of implementing change
Understand the mechanics of Teamwork
