Senior Electrical Engineer

Challenging and diverse opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer to work on a multibillion dollar mining project in WA for this ambitious and successful EPCM. Perth based role offering long term contract and market leading rates of pay.

With this project currently in the construction phase and looking to ramp up on personnel, there is an urgent need for a Senior Electrical Engineer to come on board and make a real impact. Working for such a globally recognised EPCM is not an opportunity to be missed.
 
General duties and responsibilities will be to:

  • To be able to assist with any design alterations or design faults
  • Planning and Scheduling for the overall completions on Electrical progress of the project
  • Guidance and mentoring to site and project engineering staff
  • Serves as Lead or Area Lead on assigned projects or engineering assignments
  • Performs and checks calculations

As this is a major materials handling project, all candidates will have to demonstrate a proven track record working with in multimillion dollar projects and on the client or EPCM side.

As an ideal candidate you will have:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering and accredited by the Institute of Australia Engineers
  • You MUST have a proven track record in Heavy Industrial Construction Projects preferably mining/materials handling
  • At Least 5 years EPCM experience
  • An Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency

In return this project is offering a long term contract, fantastic rates of pay and is based in Perth
