Commercial Manager

About our Client
My client is an ASX listed mining company with operations throughout Australia. One of their mine sites require a contract Commercial Manager to oversee the daily function of the mine site.

Job Description
This role will see you managing the daily operations, all of the accounts and some procurement too. You will have a medium size team reporting into you and you will be responsible for the daily reporting and transactions on site. You must ensure that internal processes are maintained and developed according to requirements of the corporate office. You will be responsible for the management accounts, cost reporting and analysis, payroll analysis, contract administration and any other duties as required.

The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this position you will have extensive operational experience, ideally from a gold or Iron ore background. You will demonstrate your commercial awareness and ability to manage the complex operations of a producing mine site. You will be CA or CPA qualified, and have excellent communication skills and staff management skills.
