Job Description


This is a key role in our client's sales team. As the As the Business Develop Manager - Mining & Utilities you will be responsible for growing the revenue and awareness of the power generation and temperature control solutions throughout Queensland and the Northern Territory. With a focus on the mining and utilities sectors you will work closely with the sales team to implement the sales strategy and grow market share.


Reporting to the National Business Development Manager you will also be responsible for:

• Executing the annual sales and marketing plans
• Delivering product presentations to existing and potential customers
• Identifying and capitalizing on key accounts within the mining and utilities sectors

The Successful Applicant


To be successful within this role you will possess the following attributes:

• Proven experience in the sale or rental of capital equipment
• A solution selling approach
• Established relationships within the Queensland mining & utility sectors
• The ability to establish and execute sales strategies
• Strong computer skills; including Microsoft PowerPoint
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
• A technical understanding of power generation and temperature control equipment seen as advantageous
• Willingness to travel throughout Northern Australia for up to 5 days at a time
