Department

• The Materials Analysis Department provides short lead-time, high quality services and support to RD&E, manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and sales/marketing in the areas of Metallography, Electron Microscopy, X-Ray Analysis, Chemical Analysis, Physical Properties Analysis, Mechanical Properties Analysis, Competitive Grade Analysis and Administration of Grade Specifications & Grade Matrices.

Tasks

• This position supports the administration of grade specifications and grade matrices.  Daily activities will include organization, maintenance and communication of product grade specifications and process flow information.  The function will support R&D and manufacturing QA.

Requirements

• An understanding of chemical and physical properties as they relate to materials is important.  A successful candidate for this job has a thorough knowledge of Microsoft products along with good verbal and written skill.
