Senior Surveyor

Requirements

• [Company] is looking to hire a Senior Surveyor for our Baltimore, Maryland office location. Qualified candidate with have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a surveying role. Candidates must have a minimum of a high school diploma. An associates or bachelors is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

• Provides technical direction to both direct-hire and third-party survey crews. Develops and maintains field survey data. Implements project quality control from department manual. Implementation of the project safety and project environmental programs. Provides civil project completion documentation including "As-Built" records. Provides training to field personnel on surveying techniques. Performs verifications of subcontract survey work. Meet time and budgets given to each assignment. Performs edits to field files before office processing. May manage survey crew member’s daily activities.
