Major Coal producer requires a Mine Planning Engineer for a residential role in Queensland region.
Reporting to the Mine Planning Manager, your duties will include:
Development of short to medium design and schedules for Open Pit operations
Collection, compilation and reporting of Monthly production.
Determine minable reserves
Assist planning team
To be successful in this role, you would:
Possess tertiary qualifications in Mine Engineering
Have gained experience in the mining industry spanning at least 2 years.
Truck & shovel, dragline, and/or drilling & blast optimisation experience is desirable.
Knowledge of XPAC, Vulcan and TALPAC software is an advantage.
