Field Assistant

Our client, one of the top 3 Nickel producers in Western Australia, is looking for an experienced Field Assistant to join their growing team. This position operates on a FIFO 2:1 roster (ex Perth only). This is a contract position for 3 months with review afterwards.

You key responsibilities are as follows:
Sampling (drill rig)
Core processing
Clear & prepare drill sites
Operation of GPS and 4WDs
Assisting Geologists

To be successful in the role you will have:
12 months experience
Current Manual drivers licence
Knowledge of environmental and OHS policies and procedures.
Be based in Western Australia
If successful you will be required to supply two relevant work references. You will also be required to pass a pre employment medical and drug and alcohol screen.
