Site Engineer

This outstanding mid-tier contractor is currently experiencing strong growth across the Newcastle and Hunter region. This growth is attributed to their strong expertise and success in delivering a number of mining infrastructure projects across the region for key local and international mine owners.

As such they are looking to secure the services of an experienced Civil Site Engineer to support the Project Managers and assist in the delivery of a number of large projects across the Hunter.

As the Site Engineer you will be responsible for assisting in the day to day running of the site including safety management, co-ordination of direct and sub-contract labour, quality control, document control and ensuring work is carried out on time and in accordance with project management plans.

It is expected that you will have degree qualification in civil engineering with previous experience in a construction related role. You will be given the opportunity to develop your career with this outstanding contractor eventually moving into project engineering and project management roles.
