Due to their exciting growth plans, a newly created position is on offer for a skilled Geotechnical Engineer to join their North Queensland based team.

This role will not just be confined to just the one project. Your day to day responsibilities will range from geotechnical inspections, underground mapping, data collection and processing to assisting on a range of geotechnical and mine planning projects. Within this role you will help to develop a unique underground method of sub-level shrinkage to ensure maximum yield is achieved in a safe manner.
 
To be considered for this position you will posses relevant tertiary qualifications, proven geotechnical experience working in Australian hardrock mining and experience with mine planning software.
