Alternate Underground Mine Manager

  • $220k + benefits package

A reputable, international Gold company who owns and operates sites in WA, is looking for an Alternate Underground Mine Manager to be based on an existing UG Gold operation near Laverton region.

Reporting to the Mine Manager, you will have an autonomous role on this busy 200 plus employee site.

Ideal candidates will be familiar with:
  • Planning
  • Scheduling
  • Drill & Blast
  • Mine Design
  • Develop LOM strategy
  • Management of contractual issues to ensure minimal operation disruptions
  • Assist Mine Manager and GM with development of overall business strategy
  • Hold a WA Mine Managers First Class Certificate of Competency
  • UG Experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in Mining
