    My Client is a highly ranked ASX listed Mining Corporation in the gold sector. They are a company that are committed to providing a safe working environment with zero harm and who offer their employees with the opportunity to grow and be promoted within in its organization
    Currently, they are looking to fill several roles including an Underground Manager.  

    The Role
    • Reporting to the Mining Manager
    • Supervision of all underground mining activities
    • Provide effective management and leadership
    • Reporting on annual budgets, reserve statements and forecasting
    • Ensure mine plans and schedules are current and are aligned with strategic goals and operational needs
    You will need
    • Mining Engineering Degree
    • WA First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency (highly desirable)
    • Previous experience in same or similar role with underground exposure
    • People management and leadership skills
    • Effective problem solving skills 
    • Attention to detail – time management, record keeping etc
    • Superior analytical and communication skills
