Travel Coordinator

This successful and diversified organisation is a leader in the Engineering, Resources and Energy sectors. They are a well-established Australian company, with successful international operations.

They now require a talented Travel Coordinator to join the team in their South Brisbane head office.

Reporting through to the Team Leader you will be responsible for the provision of cost effective domestic and international travel for all Company Personnel which includes organising medicals / vaccinations and visas as required. Transfers, car hire, providing country specific details including travel itinerary, project related arrangements and travel agent after hour contact details are all part of this busy role

Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years experience within the travel industry or a similar role. Your excellent communication skills, ‘can do’ attitude, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines will see you thrive in this forward thinking company.
