Assistant Geotechnical Engineer

Salary: £20000 - £30000

We are recruiting an Assistant Geotechnical Engineer for one of the UK’s top consultancies who work both in the public and private sector to be located close to Farnborough.

Candidates are expected to have a civil engineering background and further possess an MSc in Geotechnical Engineering and actively be working towards chartered status.

You will have prior industry experience with strong knowledge of geotechnical engineering or engineering geology and past experience of working within the rail sector. It is also required you can demonstrate your ability using industry design software for retaining walls and slope stability.

Your duties will be to undertake design requirements of earthworks, foundations and retaining walls, site investigation, report writing and slope stability analysis.
