 Senior Geotechnical Engineer- Underground Hard Rock Mine, NSW


TRS are currently seeking an experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join an underground hard rock mining operation in NSW.  This role is a great career opportunity, and will be offered on either a residential basis (5/2 roster) or FIFO from Sydney (8/6 roster).  
 
This is a Senior position which reports directly to the Mining Manager and is ultimately responsible for coordinating and aligning all Geotechnical aspects of this well established underground operation.  
 
The successful candidate will have:

• 5+ years experience as a Geotechnical Engineer within the underground, Hard Rock mining environment
• A strong background in the design,  maintenance and upgrade of site geotechnical monitoring systems
• Comfortable with the use of mine planning and geotechnical software, including Surpac and Map3D.
