E&I Supervisor (Construction)

Given that this role is commencing in the final stages of this Brownfields project, the successful candidates will be looking at extensive site time over a short term contract. During this current quiet period of mining industry construction projects, this opportunity is the chance to sink your teeth into the final stages of a $multi-billion project and earn great rates with additional financial bonuses.

To be successful in obtaining one of these roles you must possess:
  • WA Electrical Licence
  • HV Switching Ticket and construction background
  • Current or prior site based experience
  • Willingness to work 3/1 FIFO roster and night shifts as required
  • An EPCM or Tier 1 Contractor background working on mining projects would be desirable

In return for meeting these strict criteria the successful candidates will be rewarded with the opportunity to make  great $$$ through market leading rates, site uplifts and retention bonuses while working directly for a global EPCM on the final stages of a Brownfield mining project.

Your responsibilities within these roles will include but not be limited to:
  • Manage contracting teams across all aspects of HV and LV work across the project
  • Managing contracting teams in relation to all aspects of E&I work across the project
  • Recommend and obtain approvals for additional work outside the original contract/project scope of work prior to implementation
  • Ensure that relevant contractors/consultants and personnel comply with the requirements of the HSEC Procedures
  • Ensure compliance of Company Environmental and Heritage procedures to minimise potential impact of field activities
