Role:

• As a focused and skilled Electrical Engineer with prior experience in the mining industry, you will be working on a variety of Power System projects which include flame proof and hazardous areas products, HV substations and distribution systems for underground mining applications. 
• You will also be responsible for reviewing design and functional specifications, implementation activities, project coordination, planning and scheduling, installation and commissioning activities on both green and brown field sites within the Mining, Minerals processing and Oil & Gas.

This role will require you to be self-motivated, have a positive attitude and a focus for continuous learning. To be considered you must have:
To be considered for this role you must have:

• An Electrical Engineering Degree or relevant Electrical Trades background.
• Strong experience in project planning and scheduling electrical projects either in an on-site mining operation or a manufacturing environment.
• Previous Drafting experience utilising AutoCAD
• The ability to check and review designs and detailed design schematics
• Demonstrable experience in meeting the project deliverable dates
• A working knowledge of MS Project and MS Excel
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
