HRIS Analyst
Position Summary
- This position is responsible for HR Analytics on a global basis. The HRIS Analyst will act as a client consultant to determine HR data report needs and the best method for delivery. Utilizing various applications such as SAP, Business Objects, Brassring, SQL, and EmployeeConnect, this position will develop reports/metrics and provide data analysis to senior business leaders and HR partners. The HRIS Analyst may be involved in long- and short-term projects involving data and project management skills. Position requires strong Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Business Objects, project management, communication, and organization skills.
- Act as a consultant to the client requesting HR data information. Based upon request, suggest optimum data fields and analysis needed for the report. Be able to communicate (written and verbally) with all levels of management, from senior business leader to HR partner. Must be able to work with complex systems and processes to develop recommendations.
- Develop metrics on a global scale, providing input to development as well as written data analysis.
- Provide basic and advanced report training as needed, for such systems as SAP and EmployeeConnect. This may involve developing documentation, as well as visual/verbal training.
- Develop reports, as needed, for company compliance reporting. This will vary by country.
- Maintain an awareness of marketplace trends and best practices for HR analytics. Provide input on new systems, or policies that would better support [Company] business needs.
- Project manage and implement small to medium size projects involving company data. Collaborate with business partners to determine solution. Design, develop, test, and validate in the chosen business application.
- Act as a reporting application resource to HR partners.
- This position requires tolerance of a high degree of ambiguity, good judgment and a strong sense of quality in work. In addition, this position requires the ability to handle highly confidential and company sensitive information, manage multiple priorities, produce excellent work results and follow-through on commitments.
- Proficiency with Access, Visio, and MS Project is preferred.
- AAP and other US government compliance reporting experience preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of Associates degree, bachelors preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience human resource data reporting and analysis.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
