Legal Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review various legal documents, including business contract and acquisition related legal documents
  • Coordinate and conduct legal due diligence on investment target
  • Advise on local government regulations, tax matters and legal rights related with mining industry
  • Help coordinate and obtain necessary approvals from central and local government divisions as required
Requirements:
  • The candidate would hold at least one degree in Law from reputable university
  • The candidate should have been practicing law in a reputable law firm
  • Act as legal counsel in mining related company for 5 years or above
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Managerial Level
  • Candidates with mining sector and shipping experience is preferred
  • Fluent communication in both Indonesian & English
