Manager Commercial - Indonesia for Leading Coal & Mining industry

  • The incumbent should have knowledge about coal mining project contracts including Mining Coal Sales and Logistics Contract, including the Preparation / finalization and implementation of such contracts.
  • Experience in executing coal trading contracts and handling the post contract issues
  • He should also have some experience / participation in achieving Financial Closure of green-field mines and also for producing mines
  • Working knowledge of financial models will be an added advantage 
  • Knowledge on Indonesian Taxes will be an advantage and should have good, negotiation and communication skills
