Randstad CPE are currently recruiting trade qualified Boilermakers/Welders with significant experience in mining, oil and gas based fabrication in a workshop environment.
Due to increased workload several opportunities exist for staff in the southern suburbs. Upon successful completion of weld test and D&A screening.
Role details:
- Workshop based environment
- Southern location
- 1 – 6 month assignment
- Day shift, afternoon shift, plus penalties
- Welding heavy mining machinery/equipment
- High load bearing machinery, all welds are tested and scrutinised regularly.
- Uncompromised attention to OH&S policies and procedures
The right candidate will possess following criteria:
- Self starter that takes pride in the end result
- Demonstrate a solid awareness of OH&S practices
- Must be trade qualified boilermaker/welder
- Have sound Flux core welding experience
- Must be able to read and fabricate from engineering drawings is essential
On offer to successful candidates:
- Immediate start
- Remuneration negotiable based on experience
- Must be able to pass a weld test
- All roles are subject to Randstad’s screening process, which includes a functional capacity test, drug and alcohol screen.
