Austcorp would like to hear from both Senior Process Engineers (10 years + within oil & gas, minerals, coal, ammonia, chemical industries) and Junior Process Engineers (3-5 years within oil & gas, minerals, coal, ammonia, chemical industries).
 
 
Applicants will have: 
 
  • A chemical degree, excellent design skills with Hysys, Aspen etc (depressurizing, thermal design) 
  • Proficient with PFD’s, UFD’s & P&IDS’s, FEED within the above industries
  • Excellent understanding of Australian standards and codes as well as professional communication and business skill
  • Experience with technical tenders
  • Preparing submissions, writing reports as well as presnetinng to board members
 

 Responsibilities include:-

  • Assisting the direction of Process Engineering function of projects
  • Ammonium nitrate and nitric acid plants in Australia
  • Develop sound engineering solutions
  • Provide support within Design departments, Quality & Manufacturing departments
  • Oversee work carried out to ensure it conforms to agreed codes and practices
  • Performing regular analysis of operational functions
  • Manage the Process from deign to development to final project completion
  • Implement Continuous Improvement
  • Help develop new company processes with QA
  • Report Writing
  • Presentations to board and clients
