Service Centre Manager- Mining Equipment

Our client is a world leader in pump, mineral process & mining solutions for a wide range of industries. They manufacture, distribute and service pumps around the world using an extensive network in all the major manufacturing countries. Currently they are seeking to employ a Service Management Professional to help support, lead and drive the Kalgoorlie Service Centre to future success.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

• Managing a team of service engineers both in the workshop and in the field
• Overseeing the management of service agreements
• Ensuring the future growth of the service centre via developing new business and signing renewals 
• Ensure the OHS & work quality meets company standards
• Reporting, forecasting and budgetting 
• Planning and scheduling of all job

This role is both fast paced and high pressure so it is essential that the successful candidate has previous experience in a similiar role as well as:

• Trade of Engineering qualifications
• Man management experience in a service environment
• Strong planning and time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
