Electrical Service & Operations Manager- $150K

A Global leader and a highly respected player in the electrical services area are currently recruiting a Service & Operations Manager to join their team in Brisbane.


The Role
  • To plan, direct and manage all service, operations & project related activities
  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of service engineers
  • Maintain service contracts and manage contract renewals
  • Ensure OH&S rules are followed
  • Technical training
  • Planning and resource allocation of all service personnel
  • Staff training & development, recruitment and general HR responsibilities
  • Manage all pricing & quoting for service & maintenance projects & contracts
 
The ideal candidate:
  
  • Electrical Engineering Qualifications with minimum 5+ years service & stakeholder management experience
  • Previous experience in power or electrical related service solutions is preferable
  • Strong people management skills- a lead by example approach 
  • Ability to manage and run a healthy service P&L
  • Experience managing service contracts
  • Mining Service industry experience is ideal
  • Previous experience managing & growing a service business from either OEM or Electrical Service Company is essential
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
