Our client is a leading provider of professional services to the resources& energy sectors and complex process industries. Their services cover the full asset spectrum both in size and life cycle. Due to the rapid expansion of mining projects our client is looking for Process Engineers and Senior Process Engineers with coal experience for various projects within the Queensland area.


As the Process Engineer & Senior Process Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Managing the design of the CHPP with a focus on quality and optimisation
• Overseeing the commissioning and installation of CHPP installation, plant equipment and structures utilizing the skilled & qualified team where appropriate
• Manage forecast and budgets - providing detailed end of month reports
• Provide engineering advice into detail design of the CHPP and associated infrastructure  

To be considered for the role Process Engineer & Senior Process Engineer you will be able to demonstrate:

• Degree or trade qualifications in a related discipline
• Proven track record in CHPP operations / design
• At least 4 years experience in a similar role in the mining - preferably the coal or Iron Ore sector
• Ability to problem solve and influence others
• Previous EPCM experience is advantageous however not essential

About the projects:

• Our client is providing services to a number of complex and challenging coal operations within the Queensland area
• You will be working a five day week, Mon-Fri, in Brisbane or Mackay
