Recruitment Advisor

Our Client is looking for an experienced, highly motivated Recruitment Advisor to join a fantastic team in their offices in Perth. You will be involved in providing high level customer service and work across blue and white collar construction roles. On top of that you will provide accurate and timely information to the Senior Management and be required to meet agreed expectations and deadlines to provide a high standard of support and quality. In return you will gain invaluable experience from some of the mining industries top professionals in a construction company setting.


Responsibilities will include the following:

• Practice full 360 recruitment process, for a hybrid desk of permanent and contract placements within the Mining + Metals & Resources industry
• Work towards set KPIs and financial targets
• Advertising, sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Client liaison and account management activities
• Conducting reference checks and carrying out Business Development activities

The ideal applicant will hold the following:

• 1-2 years experience from Recruitment for the mining industry
• Tertiary qualification in HR or relevant subject
• Experience from people management and HR systems and administration
• Great experience in MS Office Suite
