About Our Client 
An Iconic Australian business our client specialises in delivering a cost effective supply of electrical and instrumentation installation services for major construction projects. They are currently looking for an ambitious Electrical Engineer with strong construction experience to work on a large resource project.

Job Description
Reporting to the Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensure the installation process compiles with statutory and regulatory requirements and company policies and practices
• Monitor progress to ensure the completion of electrical/controls projects in safe and timely manner
• Strong liaison with contractors on-site while acting as a point of contact for the Site Supervisor on any potential issues
• Produce and implement the Electrical work packages to ensure the efficient use of resources available

The Successful Applicant
The successful Electrical Engineer will possess:

• Heavy on-site construction experience with a developed understanding of Equipment application
• Ability to communicate on all levels while fostering collaborative relationship within the business
• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Extensive experience within a similar position within the Australian resources industry
