Junior Systems Administrator-South Side Brisbane

A leader in its industry is going through some exciting changes and is looking to add a Junior Systems Administrator to their growing team.

This role is located on the South side of Brisbane and is one of Brisbane's largest mining & engineering service providers. You will join a small, highly skilled team where you will be providing configuration, support and engineering across a large variety of Windows and Cisco based technologies.

If you have 4+ years of experience and are looking for your next challenge, where you can expand on your skills, learn new technologies and help grow a Service Desk then this may be your dream job!

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing level 1/2/3 Support
• Phone, email and onsite support 
• Developing rapport with users 
• Help build a Service Desk
• ADVANCED skills in active directory are a MUST!!!
• Dealing with AD, Exchange, Windows and Microsoft environment, Cisco, Cloud technologies, etc. 

The ideal candidates will have:

• 4+ years of Desktop Support experience 
• IT Uni Degree 
• Industry Certificates are HIGHLY regarded
• Excellent Communication skills
• Drive and excitement to progress in your career and move up to more senior technical roles!
