We are currently seeking an experienced Underground Supervisors, Mine Foremen and Shift Bosses
 

You will need
  • A WA Underground Supervisor's Certificate of Competency
  • Demonstrated leadership skills shown through previous supervisory roles
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continual improvement, team success and safe work practices
  • Experience in underground mining
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong mentoring skills
  • Hands on approach
  • Lead by example  

Key responsibilities and duties include:
  • Oversee day to day operation of
  • Supervision of shift crew and operators
  • Work within and promote high safety standards
