RPS Port Hedland is at the centre of an ever changing region and is currently facing a sustained period of rapid growth. In order to expand our presence in the Pilbara and to take advantage of local growth opportunities, we are looking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager / Development Manager to assist our current team to service existing projects and to seek out additional business opportunities.


The successful respondent will:-

• Hold tertiary qualifications in project management / construction management or another relevant property related field. Alternatively, demonstrated experience in project management / development management positions would be considered suitable;
• Have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in delivering projects from inception through to handover. Background in delivering built form projects is desirable;
• Be available to travel to remote locations and work for extended periods;
• Have the ability to work autonomously with support provided from remote locations as required;
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for the client;
• Be committed to identifying and targeting business growth opportunities;
• Have an understanding of the framework for growth in the Pilbara and the local challenges faced in achieving this growth (desirable);
• Experience / understanding of local pressures within the Pilbara (desirable); and
• Hold a current Australian driver’s license.
