National Sales Manager

National Sales Manager required for a manufacturing industry, related to mining.

Minimum Requirements

• B.Comm Marketing or equivalent
• A postgraduate qualification would be advantageous.    
• At least 8 years experience in Marketing / Sales.
• Experience in SAP/R3 with specific relation to sales and distribution module and MRP.

Job Specification

Maintain and develop key customers as defined in the annual budget by:

• Building and maintaining client relationships at the highest level.
• Development of joint ventures for turnkey projects.
• Negotiating the continuation of long-term supply contracts.
• Securing tender business in the mining sector.
• Continuing growth in the related market.
• Co-ordinate and manage the sales team.

Ensure annual sales and contribution margins are met per product group

Interface with the Sales Administration Department to ensure all necessary enquiries are pursued by the sales team.

Responsible for setting of price levels.
