My client is looking for CFO to head up thier finance division and lead the team of executives.

Minimum Requirements

• Under Graduate Degrees

Education:

• CA(SA)
• Articles with post

Skills/Experience Required:

• 8+ years solid mining management experience

Job Description:

• Will be reporting to the Chief Executive Officer
• The controlling, supervision and application of suitable, complete and precise accounting packages of the organisation
• Ensuring that all accounting procedures complying with all relevant accounting standards
• The implementation and timeous financial audit and manage systems in order to supervise the performance of the firm, its cash flow, the constancy to the budget, expenditures, cost of sales, revenue and related budgetary items.
