Construction Manager

Global mining group seeks an Civil or Mechanical Engineering professional with extensive project management and construction experience in the mining industry as Construction Manager for the ramp-up project of its flagship mining operation in the Northern Cape.

This is a one year contract position, with either accommodation on site or on a fly-in fly-out arrangement from Gauteng.

Minimum Requirements

• Technical Degree or Diploma - Civil/ Mechanical
• 5 - 10 years project management/ construction experience
• 5+ years mining background
• Knowledge of Mine Health and Safety Act
• Knowledge of Safety Systems (OHSAS 14001 & 18001)
• 31(A) appointment
