Our client is a renowned global engineering and design consultancy who delivers innovative solutions across the resources, urban development, architectural, environmental, transportation and government industries. With over 6000 staff across their national and international offices they continue to deliver excellent and innovative solutions to its clients.

Recently been awarded significant EPCM Non Process Infrastructure packages for a significant iron ore project in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, they now require a Contracts Manager to join the team.

The scope of works includes; accommodation facilities, mobile equipment, rail workshops, transport infrastructure & utilities & expansions to port facilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years + experience within Contracts Management positions with strong resources experience
• Previous EPCM Mining project experience essential
• An excellent understanding in the management & execution of contract activities across multiple engineering disciplines including Civil, Structural, Mechanical & Electrical
• A strong understanding of commercial models including Lump Sum, Schedule of Rates & Reimbursable
• A track record in the management of contracts teams & strong client skills
• Strong negotiation skills & knowledge of industry related project controls software packages
• Excellent decision making skills & reporting skills required
