Heavy Industrial Manufacturing Company requires a Production Supervisor to manage 5 to 10 mechanical and electrical fitters on a daily basis. 
 
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Supervisor with between 10 to 15 years experience.  

 
On a daily basis you will:
 
  • Overseeing HS&E systems & compliance
  • Manage Product Quality & write reports 
  • Ensure Production Output and meeting scheduled customer delivery
  • Manage Mechanical & Electrical Fitters and Maintenance team 
  • Manage Variable Factory Costs
  • Assist Capital Project Management team
  • People Management & Development
 
Applicants will have:
 
  • 10 years + experience Supervision/Management in a Production environment
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Commercial Aptitude
  • Experience within Mechanical and Electrical hands on Engineering 
  • People/Change Management skills
