My client has built a strong reputation for being a high end, engineering consultancy. It is also recognised as a successful Environmental Engineering firm that have grown rapidly providing high end solutions across a range of disciplines.   

There is now a requirement for a Principal/Team Leader with a background in contaminated land to play a key role in the development and delivery of environmental services. Your role will see you focus on:

• Team development - including technical mentoring and training
• Client Liaison - managing and developing existing relationships. 
• Project Management - Making sure projects are delivered on time and within budget. 
• Preparing/reviewing reports/proposals 
• Involvement in business development

To be considered for this position, you will be a highly motivated individual with a consultancy background with circa 10+ years experience in the industry. You will have proven knowledge and experience of contaminated land/remediation projects. A tertiary qualification in environmental engineering will be essential. Candidates that have worked to Victorian standards would be looked upon favourably.
