HSE Advisor

  • Large Civil project - DIDO Brisbane
  • Varied projects across civil/resources market
My client, an established Main Contractor is looking to appoint an experienced HSE Advisor to join a DIDO project near Brisbane.

The successful candidate will join a large Highway recovery and reconstruction project West of Brisbane which will involve:
  • earthworks, 
  • lane construction, 
  • drainage and services instillation. 
The successful candidate will report in to the Systems Manager and will liaise with Site Managers, Customers and Suppliers. 

You will be responsible for 
  • Coordinating pre start meetings
  • Undertaking on site safety audits
  • Responding and investigating incidents
  • Liaising with Construction Managers to mentor safety plans
  • Coordinating safety issues with other contracting companies.
Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years experience in the construction market and should have worked in an HSE Advisor role previously. 

It is essential that you have worked on Civil Construction projects with values from $30 - $80m with a mid/top tier company.
