Mining Lawyer Manager

Responsibilities
  • Organize the reference check for the variety mining claims.
  • Responsible to the risk control and prevention of various projects.
  • In charge to conduct the industry and commerce legal affairs.
  • Responsible to deal with the company litigation and disputes and the other legal affairs.
  • Preside over handle and maintenance the mining claims task.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years legal managerial working experience in Philippines local mining company.
  • Be proficient in legislative decrees of Philippines, especially about the mining law and legislation.
  • Capable provide the formidable connection and networking with the government mining department and organizations.
  • Top professional quality and capability and the magnificent communication and interpersonal skill.  
  • Candidate may be required to travel
  • must be willing to be assigned in Taguig City.
