Head of Project Management

My client is looking for a Head of Project Management (Jhb).

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Engineering Degree
• 10+ years’ experience in EPCM Projects in a similar role

Knowledge/Skills/Requirements:

• Experience on Turnkey and EPC projects
• Previous Engineering and Construction Experience
• Project Management Qualification (e.g. PMP; PMT)
• Team-player
• Effective communication
• Job knowledge

• Planning, Organizing, Leading and Controlling
• Time management and deadline driven
• Computer literate

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all Project in Company
• Ensuring all Cost Control, Planning, Engineering
• Construction Activities on Projects are effective
• Project Procedures
• To ensure all project procedures are in place and implemented
• Project Delivery to Client Satisfaction
• Repeat business
• Project Safety Standards
• Adhere to the Company’s Client Safety Standards on all projects KPI LTIFR
• Project Quality
• Adhere to the Company's Client Quality Standards
• Overall responsibility for Recruitment of Project Staff in conjunction with Discipline Leads
• Project Resource loading and planning
• In conjunction with Human Resources, Project Managers and Functional leaders
• Motivation of staff
• Motivate Project Teams
• Client Relations
