Our Client, a prominent, service - oriented, high volume Canadian Law Firm is actively searching for a Lawyer with outstanding corporate securities skills for its large and growing office in Vancouver, B.C. The ideal candidate will have four (4) -- six (6) years of law firm experience, in particular with B.C. Securities in mining.
 
The successful candidate should have experience working individually or as a member of a team in a fast-paced work environment. You shall be detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication, research and writing skills. You shall be a talented and diverse Lawyer who places a high value on professionalism while providing the highest quality legal services and results to its clients. Large Canadian law firm working experience is necessary.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS (but not limited to):
  • Solid law firm experience (4 - 6 years) with B.C. securities, in particular with mining;
  • Strong knowledge of transactional work with mergers & acquisitions;
  • Expertise with corporate financing;
  • Knowledge of private company and international financing.
  • The ability to perform daily corporate, securities and commercial legal requirements for its esteemed Clientele.
