Supply Chain Contracts Administrator/Coordinator

Our client is a Global leader in the petrochemical sector with operations across Asia Pacific and North America. They are experts in producing commercial grade explosives to supply to the mining, quarry, pipeline and geophysical sectors. With high growth in the Asia Pacific region a need has arisen for a Contract Coordinator to join the project team. 
 
About the Role
The role will be based at Murrarie location working within the Supply Chain Function. Your key responsibilities will be to manage and negotiate service contracts working directly for the owners project team. The duties will be as follows:

• Pre and Post contract management
• Establish service agreements with internal stakeholders
• Manage the tendering contracting process (bid, award, an management)
• Tender analysis and building relationships with suppliers
• Asses supplier performance and take corrective action when required

About You
Ideally you will have 4-6 years of Contract Management/Coordination experience from the EPCM, Oil & Gas, Mining, Petrochemcial, Construction or Manufacturing sectors. You will have a strong foundation in contract law and hands on experience with managing the tendering and contracting process from a project perspective. You would have had to negotiate with suppliers and build good relationships with the technical project management teams internally. Financial and Costing experience would be ideal using SAP.
