What you will be doing:
As the successful OHS&E Manager you will:
Enhance the reputation and capabilities of the group by increasing technical standards
Ensure all staff and contractors are appropriately trained and comply with OHS&E procedures
Identifying all OHS&E training needs and develop and deliver training so that all staff consultants and contractors are aware of their OHS&E obligations
Who you will be doing it for:
This is a privately owned company specialising in marine infrastructure and civil construction performing projects from concept to commissioning. With 80 professional staff and over 100 direct employed tradesmen, this company prides itself on working in a team environment and getting the job done in a timely and safe manner
What you must have to apply for this role:
Tertiary qualification in OHS&E
Experience within a consultancy firm or tier 1 contractor in the mining industry
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
Previous experience in OHS&E Advisor role
Expertise in the area of marine works and operations
